Bouquets to Art 2014 at the de Young Museum!

Fleur De Vie was thrilled to participate in the 30th Annual Bouquets to Art at the de Young Museum!  Please see our little cow, which corresponds with Edward Hick's Peaceable Kingdom.

We carved his form from floral foam, covered him with pine needles and modeling clay, put him on a bed of homegrown wheat grass, and completed him with a set of succulent ears!

And, our little cow is in SF Gate!!!

Bouquets To Art at the de Young Museum!

Yesterday was the installation of the 2013 Bouquets To Art at the de Young Museum in San Francisco. My piece was by Eastman Johnson, titled, Portraits (The Brown Family). The painting was missing a family dog, so I rectified that situation and placed him on top of the family carpet!

Porcelanosa Reopening!

Porcelanosa had its grand reopening last night at its beautifully redesigned venue! Because Porcelanosa sells tiles, we asked if we could use them to design on, and they agreed! I loved the end result!
